INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER
MANAGER MID MARKET INTERNAL SALES



To expand of our Client Account Services team we are looking for an Inside Sales Account Manager (CAM) who is client focused and strong in building and maintaining relationship with the customer.

INSIDE SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER


As an Inside Sales Account Manager you will support the external account managers, proactively engage with existing clients, to ensure all value added services and on going benefits are delivered to exceed the client’s expectations. Also identifying additional business and managing SA Benefits on behalf of the client is a part of this job.

Key tasks & responsibilities are:
  • Licensing consulting
  • Initiating client set-up’s and product set-up’s
  • Providing quoting and intensive consulting and advisory service to customers (pricing, discounts, agreements, products, billing, contracts etc.)
  • Producing regular statistical evaluation & reporting and provide updates to client, sales counterpart and management;
  • Provide input and feedback for client account reviews by data analyzing and interpreting, monitor and report on escalation trends and work closely with sales counterpart to co-develop assigned accounts.
Required skills:
  • Knowledge of software licensing;
  • Strong customer orientation and relationship building skills;
  • Ability to organize, demonstrate initiative and to operate proactive;
  • Excels in effective and positive communication both verbally and written in the Swedish and English language;
  • Ability to work well under pressure.

MANAGER MID MARKET INTERNAL SALES


The Sales Manager will lead a team of proactive, outbound sales executives to prospect and manage accounts in defined vertical territories. This position will require dynamic day-to-day leadership and development of a team.

Key tasks & responsibilities are:
  • Coaching and mentoring Mid Market Inside Sales Team-mates and in all aspects of the sales process in order to increase the earning performance of the team and grow the portfolio of new clients to meet monthly targets.
  • Managing vendor lead programmes across the team and ensure Insight and vendor requirements are met.
  • Conducting 121 meetings and team meetings to set additional tasks outside of core calling times, including account development objectives concerning contact, mail shots, presentations and new product inductions. 
  • Review daily report of outbound call times, numbers of calls, total number of client contacts. 
  • Ability to read, analyse and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures or governmental regulations. 
  • Ability to forecast sales accurately and achieve sales budgets.
Required skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both verbally and written in the Swedish and English language.
  • Good business acumen, showing evidence of ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Good Time Management Skills.
  • Proactive, with the ability to inspire others.
  • Knowledge of reseller market and competitors is helpful. 
  • Three years high achieving sales experience in the IT or similar high pressure sales environment
  • Clear evidence of consistent target over achievement in a profit and margin driven sales environment
